TasCaffe have 3 coffee machine technicians on staff and ready to respond to our customers for everything from regular maintenance to critical 6am emergency break down assistance. For our remote customers we offer a 7 day a week telephone/video support service to manage and resolve issues that may arise and minimize downtime on the machine.
