Expressions of interest for the 2025 Tasmanian Tourism Showcase will open shortly.
As we look ahead to this highly anticipated event, we invite you to prepare for an exceptional opportunity to present your business at one of Tasmania’s premier tourism gatherings.
The 2025 Showcase will be a pivotal moment to connect with key stakeholders in the visitor economy and strengthen your position as a leading operator within the industry. By participating, you’ll not only enhance your business’s visibility but also contribute to fostering a collaborative environment that benefits the entire tourism community.
Your exhibition space is a blank canvas to promote your business. Make sure you consider how to style your site to best promote to the audience!
Each exhibitor will be assigned a space measuring 2 metres wide by 2.4 metres high. Final site placement will be confirmed prior to the event and is dependent upon the final number of exhibitors. If you are providing product samples, please ensure that you have the appropriate food license and/or responsible service of alcohol certification.
Your site will include 2 x poster boards (each internal panel measures 2360mm high x 950mm wide) with a fascia sign on top printed with your business name and 1 x LED light. There will also be 1 x trestle table (1.8m x 75cm) and 2 chairs per space, with a 4-socket power board with access to approximately 4 amp of power. The poster boards are white melamine vinyl and you will be provided with double-sided tape to attach any posters etc.
We acknowledge the Tasmanian Aboriginal people and their enduring custodianship of lutruwita / Tasmania. We honour 40,000 years of uninterrupted care, protection and belonging to these islands, before the invasion and colonisation of European settlement.
As a destination that welcomes visitors to these lands, we acknowledge our responsibility to represent to our visitors, Tasmania’s deep and complex history, fully, respectfully and truthfully.
We acknowledge the Aboriginal people who continue to care for this country today. We pay our respects to their elders, past and present. We honour their stories, songs, art, and culture, and their aspirations for the future of their people and these lands. We respectfully ask that tourism be a part of that future.
